TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the myoset.co.uk website operated by Myoset.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Before booking an appointment with us, we encourage all clients to read our FAQs section. This provides key details on what you can expect from us during your appointments. However, we have summarised the key points below:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. For late cancellations and no shows, you will be charged in full. If you use private medical insurance, the charge will fall to yourself.
PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE CLAIMS
We can bill some insurers directly for your treatment. We provide this service free of charge. However, you remain responsible for the cost of your treatment and the charge will automatically revert to you if your insurer does not make payment in full within 60 days.
We take card details for all patients which are securely stored with Mastercard. If you’re self-funding you will be automatically billed after each appointment. If you’re using private medical insurance, then we store these details in line with our cancellation policy. Once your course of treatment is complete your card details will be removed from our system.
Please note that all package purchases are non-refundable. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be shared or transferred to another client.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
