In his spare time, outside of talking all things cricket, you can catch Qasim do what he loves most – connecting with the community and educating people on how to take care of your body through therapy and lifestyle changes.

Tim has dedicated his time to developing a deep knowledge on how to make people feel better,
recover and live pain free lives. Tim’s diligent approach to treating his clients is backed by a wealth of
principles which is centred around functional movement, stretch and manual therapy. His goal is to
help you overcome your injuries and help you realize your strengths.

He has worked with several high-performance individuals and athletes such as Richard Riakporhe,
Harry Jameson, Michael Ohioze, Freezy Macbones, Eunice Olumide and Bianca Williams to name a
few.

Tim has been involved in column contributions with stylist & workout magazine and is currently an
ambassador for Lululemon. During His downtime, he enjoys going for long walks and playing NBA 2K.

Rhiannon is a trained Professional Dancer and qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She is
also certified in Pre and Post Natal care within the stated disciplines and as a Les Mills BodyBalance
Trainer. Her core three values are Posture, Alignment and Technique. She firmly believes that if you
strengthen these key foundations your body will move the way it is designed to, as well as helping
build resilience to the natural stresses of day to day life.

Rhiannon has learned from the best in the Performance Industry and has built this specialist
knowledge and experience into her teaching methods. This compliments perfectly with the
experience gained from working alongside elite professionals at Equinox and as a part of the Mind & Body Squad’s Head of Pilates in Fitness Firsts’ FFX On Demand.

Ai-Ling graduated from the undergraduate Physiotherapy programme at King’s College London in 2020. She will be completing her Master’s (MSc) from UCL in Musculoskeletal Healthcare and Rehabilitation this September. Ai-Ling is a firm advocate for weight training and its irreplaceable benefits on one’s physical & mental health. Her mission is to guide you to better understand your body through movement and help you build a stronger, more mobile body for the years ahead.

During Ai-Ling’s time as a Physiotherapy student, she gained experience in Stroke, Oncological, Surgical and Musculoskeletal rehabilitation across various London NHS hospitals. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, or at home baking brownies and banana bread.

Tobias is a qualified Rehabilitation Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience. Tobias has worked with a variety of clientele. From professional sports teams, athletes and highly ranked CEOs. Committed to increasing pain free movement capabilities, Tobias combines therapy and corrective exercise to enhance performance. His goal is to promote injury-free living. 

In his own time, he enjoys challenging himself physically and mentally with sport and outdoor activities. Trail running, fitness competitions, hiking, climbing, open water swimming and diving. Travel is also a huge part of his life, meeting new people in new places!

Charlotte is a professional dancer, certified personal trainer and completed her Masters in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University in 2018. Coming from a background in multiple sports including gymnastics, swimming, and tennis, Charlotte’s passion for being active has encouraged her desire to work alongside athletes and individuals from all backgrounds. She’s had the pleasure of treating athletes at many events including the Tour of London Run, London Marathon, and Turf Games. 

After spending a year dancing on tour with the Lion King, she’s looking forward to getting back to helping clients achieve their movement goals. She hopes to gain more knowledge in treating and training clients and aid them in achieving their health and fitness goals through a holistic approach. Her ethos: Not only to treat the physical problem but to inspire individuals to live more mindfully.

 

When she’s not training in the gym or meditating on her yoga mat, you can find her indulging in red wine or trying out a new restaurant.
